How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs R69 but is free for orders larger than R500.
In cases where you need a delivery to a hard-to-reach regional area, we may ask you to pay an additional R30.
How long does shipping take?
All items ship from our warehouse in Johannesburg. Nationwide shipping takes 2-3 working days whereas deliveries in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area are usually delivered in 1-2 working days
Which couriers do you use?
All orders ship from the Parcelninja Warehouse in Sandton, Johannesburg. We choose the best courier based on your delivery address.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
We do not currently offer overnight delivery.
How do I track my order?
Simply visit Dawn Wing
and enter the tracking number which you were sent. There is a bar along the top of the website where you enter you enter your tracking code.
Damaged / Defective Product
We do our best to ensure that our products our free from fault, but occasionally one bad egg may slip through the cracks. If you received a product that was damaged or defective, please let us know within the first 7 days of receiving it
. We will arrange to have a new one sent out to you. We will also arrange to have the defective one returned for inspection.
Not what you ordered
If you received a product which is different from the one you ordered (with exception to cable colour which may very seldom vary as what is seen in the picture), we will arrange to have a replacement sent to you and the incorrect product returned.
You ordered the wrong item
Not to worry, you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. Please note that you will incur all shipping charges (both sending the incorrect product back to us and sending the replacement out to you) as this is not our error.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the product you have ordered, you can return it to us provided it is undamaged / unused and in it's original packaging. Please note that, if 30 days have passed since receiving your product, we reserve the right to accept the return.
If you return a product without all the accessories that it came with, we reserve the right to accept the return, or will replace only the components that were returned.
